Tailored service contracts

The level of cover would be based upon the amount of telephone support, maintenance visits, whether the emergency call-out is same day response or next day and whether you require staff training, regular reports and on-going strategy/system development.

We will monitor the amount of work we perform on your systems and provide you with a status report at the end of each month. Our six monthly reviews enable you to evaluate the service contract and adjust as necessary. Our most popular packages are:
