These terms apply to services supplied by Collinge IT Ltd.
Services
We provide IT support, consultancy and related technology services. The scope of work, pricing and specific service conditions will be agreed with the client before work is undertaken.
Fees and payment
Fees are payable according to the invoice or payment terms agreed with the client. Online payments may be processed securely through our payment provider.
Cancellation
Where work has not yet started, a client may request cancellation. Where work has already been undertaken or costs have been incurred on the client’s behalf, charges may apply.
Refunds
Refunds will be considered in accordance with the agreed service terms and applicable UK law.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide reasonable access, information and cooperation necessary to deliver the agreed services.
Liability
We will provide services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
